Engineered for the Extremes
Aerospace programs don't have room for approximations. Components must survive extreme temperature swings, intense vibration, altitude changes, and the vacuum of space. Our engineers design every magnetic component to meet or exceed qualification requirements from the first draft — not after multiple revision cycles. We're PFMEA approved, operate a WMTC-384 Certified Internal Test Site, and subject components to full environmental stress screening before they leave our facility. When your program depends on it, we make sure it works.
Our advanced computer design programs and access to cutting-edge materials allow us to achieve power densities and thermal performance far beyond what commercial-grade components can deliver. From toroid inductors and ferrite transformers to small high-current designs, we engineer magnetics optimized for the weight, size, and reliability constraints of flight-critical hardware.
Experience in Aerospace
We've been at this since before the space race. Six decades of experience means our engineers have seen — and solved — nearly every magnetics challenge aerospace programs can throw at them. Our Anaheim, California facility operates test chambers capable of -65°C to +160°C thermal cycling, certified centrifuge testing, and a complete suite of qualification testing. We don't just manufacture to spec. We test to spec, document to spec, and deliver on time.
