The first and most important step is that you contact us. Our process begins the minute you call or email Pacific Transformer.
Whether you request a quote for a new power transformer design or an existing part, you should have a price in 48 hours if the part is to be made in the U.S. For offshore manufacturing, pricing generally takes be 3 to 4 days.
After you receive your pricing the prototyping process begins. This generally takes two weeks or less.
Once we receive approval of the prototypes, the production turnaround time should be two weeks. Asia deliveries are twelve weeks unless you wish to air freight parts to the U.S.
